Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We have a 14-day refund policy for online sales only. If you are unhappy with your device, you have 14 days from the purchase date to request a refund. Please note that if the device is purchased in-store, we do not refund for a simple change of mind. All refunds will be issued as Store Credit only for full sale items. New devices must be returned unused and unopened in the original sealed packaging. If the seal is broken or the device has been activated, we cannot accept the device for a refund. Please note that for online orders, we do not refund or cover postage costs.

Q: What is the process for returning a faulty device?

A: Faulty devices must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a direct exchange. After this time, we reserve the right to repair the device. Please make sure to provide the receipt of purchase when bringing a device back. We cannot be responsible for negligence. Your return will be given high priority, with most repairs and replacements being completed in approximately 3-5 working days. Please note that the customer is responsible for return postage charges.

Grades of Smartphones

Q: What are the different grades of smartphones you offer?

Our products are all 100% Pre Owned and are functionally identical to new devices. Each and every device that is sold has been tested in our warehouse by our team of quilified technicians. In turn we ensure that the used device you are buying is in the same working condition as if you were to buy it new!

Condition: Excellent

The phone has no signs of wear – it looks as good as new. The phone is unlocked, fully tested, and works like new.The battery health is 100% and the device comes with a 12 month warranty.

Condition: Very Good

The phone may look a little more loved with light signs of wear, such as micro scratches, but no notable marks. The phone is unlocked, fully tested, and works like new. The battery health will be between 80% and 100% health and comes with a full 12 month warranty

Condition: Good

This grade applies to devices that may have visible signs of wear, such as scratches, dents, or other marks. The phone is unlocked, fully tested, and works like new. The battery health will be between 70% - 100% health and this device comes with a 6 months warranty.

A: We use express delivery for all our phones and accessories and aim to have them delivered to you within 2-5 business days.
